Nest: Pregnancy Tracker Privacy Policy

Summary

Nest stores your pregnancy data and photos only on your device. There is no account and the app has no server of its own. It contacts RevenueCat only to manage the subscription.

This policy covers the Nest: Pregnancy Tracker app for iPhone and iPad, published by mk0.net, an independent app studio. It is written from what the app actually does in its code. Questions: [email protected].

What we receive

Nothing. We have no accounts or servers for this app, so your entries never reach us.

What stays on your device

• Your pregnancy profile, logs, appointments, journal and notes are stored on this device.
• Bump photos, ultrasound images and journal photos are stored on this device.
• Widgets and the Live Activity share a summary with the app on the same device. The Apple Watch app receives data directly from your iPhone, not from a server.
• PDF reports are created on this device and only shared when you choose.

We cannot see this data. It is not uploaded to us.

Permissions the app may ask for

• Camera: Asked when you take a bump photo in the app.
• Photos: Asked when you attach bump or ultrasound images, or save them to your library.
• Face ID: Asked when you turn on the optional app lock.
• Notifications: Asked when you turn on reminders for kicks, appointments, screenings and tips, which are scheduled on the device.

Every permission is optional and can be changed later in the iPhone Settings app. Features that need a permission you decline simply stay unavailable.

Apple Health

• Reads: Weight, Height
• Writes: Weight

Apple Health data is never used for advertising and never leaves your device through this app.

Health data is used only to provide the app's features. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and you can change access at any time in the Health app.

Data that leaves your device

The app talks to the following services. Each receives only what is listed, and only for the purpose shown.

• RevenueCat (subscription management): Only when you view plans, buy, restore or check a subscription: an anonymous app user ID and your App Store purchase status. No health data, entries or names. Their privacy policy.

Sensitive information

Pregnancy and health data and your photos are stored only on this device and never uploaded by the app. You can protect them with the optional Face ID lock. A partner update is only sent if you share it yourself through Mail.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple ID, card or payment details. The app checks your subscription status through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous ID and your purchase status, not your identity.

Ads, tracking and analytics

No ads, no analytics, no tracking across apps, and we never sell your data.

Account

No account needed.

Children

Nest: Pregnancy Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

Delete entries and photos in the app, or delete the app to remove all local data. There is no backup file, so share any PDF reports you want to keep first. Weight written to Apple Health stays in the Health app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Because the app keeps your records on your own device, you can do most of this directly in the app or by deleting it. For anything else, or for data held by a service listed above, email [email protected] and we will help within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date below before the change ships.
